What shipping options do you offer?

We ship within Canada and the US using Chit Chats, and we work hard to process your order within 2-7 business days. While most packages arrive much sooner, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery just in case. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way. To keep shipping costs down, we also offer a convenient local pick-up option at checkout. Thanks for your support!

Flat rate within Canada is $18.00 CAD

Flat rate to US is $22.00 CAD

I’m in Toronto—could I pick up my piece instead of having it shipped?

Yes! Simply select the option to pick up your order locally during checkout. This will eliminate the shipping fee, and you can collect your piece in person. Keep an eye out for an email with more information and instructions.

What's your return policy?

Lêlê Ceramics is a small, independent online shop, so all orders are final. We can’t do refunds or exchanges on undamaged or discounted items. Each piece is handmade and might have minor imperfections, but we note any big flaws in the description and adjust prices accordingly. If you need to change your order, shoot me an email at chauleart@gmail.com ASAP, and I’ll try to fix it before it ships.

My piece arrived damaged, what should I do?

Even though we pack everything securely, we can’t control what happens after it leaves the shipping facility (Chit Chat). If your item arrives damaged, email us at chauleart@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the box. We’ll do our best to sort it out together :)
